The Essence of Equitation

Anyone can be affected by mental health and recognising this is the first step to addressing it. Horses have proven to assist people as a form of therapy to mental health issues and with a lack of support for Mental Health in Nottingham; the idea of bringing horses back to the city sparked the start of the this project – An Equine Assisted Therapy Centre.
