In recent years the importance of brick and mortar retailers obtaining an online presence has been growing exponentially as shoppers seek the convenience and low prices of online retail. Using the Nike brand my project explores the challenge this is creating for physical retail stores, as consumers become increasingly immersed in a virtual world.
