An Anti-social Behavioural Institution for the imprisonment of up to 140 anti-social behavioural offenders over a timescale. This is to reduce the number of offenders for smaller crimes as well as discipline people who commit offences ranging from public disturbances such as playing loud music on public transport to littering.
