Cambridge Gin Distillery:

 

Cambridge is very well-known for its university and student culture but it had a very industrial past that has been forgotten and overshadowed. My project aims to bring back an industry to the city to celebrate Cambridge’s industrial heritage and allow people to learn about the unique production process of gin.
